RETURN POLICY
When you order an elle G design, please be mindful that each is individually handcrafted just for you. We put a lot of time and creativity into each piece so we ask that you think twice before you purchase a piece you might return. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so you may return it within 7 days for a full refund and within 14 days for an exchange.
All returned items must have prior return authorization and must be shipped to us in the original packaging via insured mail such as UPS and FedEx. We will refund you for the full amount less the shipping charges. Please email dylan@ellegdesigns.com for your RA number and an explanation for your return.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders are final sales. We will send you a full color photo of the piece before it is shipped for your final approval.
DELIVERY TIME
Due to the custom designs and handcrafted nature of each piece please allow 2 to 6 weeks of delivery. You will receive a confirmation email when the piece is on its way. We offer complimentary ground shipping for all order over $200. All other orders will be charged $8 for ground shipping. If you require overnight delivery please email dylan@ellegdesigns.com and we will make sure you receive your purchase on time.

SIZING
